weekends in the Scottish highlands.

travellers, and also get your self in good
shape for the treks in Nepal.

training weekends are based in the heart of
the Perthshire highlands of Scotland.

will be plenty of time for questions throughout
the weekend about Nepal, trekking, tips, high
altitude, mid altitude and medical advice
and any other issues that the group wish to
raise.

peak in Nepal, we shall give them advise in
the use of equipment.
